Casa Puesta del Sol is located in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste. We are a short 20 minute drive from Liberia's Daniel Oduber International Airport. The airport is serviced by both local and international airlines. There are direct flights from: Houston, Atlanta and Miami, Dallas, Newark, as well as several charter flights from cities in the U.S. and Canada. Playa Hermosa is on the Gulf of Papagayo. It is between the towns of Playa Panama and Playa del Coco. The new Four Season Resort with a Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course is 15 minutes north. The city of Liberia is a 30 minutes drive to the north. The towns of Tamarindo and Flamingo are about 45 minutes to the south. This provides visitors with the perfect base location. One of Costa Rica's finest beaches is at your doorstep. Two national parks, one with a semi active volcano, is an hour drive to the north. The busy little fishing village of Coco with restaurants, supermarket, nightlife bars and casino is a short 10 minutes drive to the south. But the best feature is that the home is located in the upscale community of Hermosa which is peaceful and quiet for those who just want to get that well needed R&R.
